NOTICE OF EARLY REDEMPTION EVENT

THIS DOCUMENT IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. If you are in any doubt about what action you should take, you are recommended to consult your independent financial adviser.

NOTICE is hereby given on behalf of the Issuer to the holders of the ETP Securities of a restrike event reported on 19 Aug 2026 15:30:09 CET by the Index Sponsor in regard to the Index referenced by the ETP Securities.

At the end of the observation period, which occurred on 19 Aug 2026 15:40:24 CET, the Index Sponsor published an Index Level of 0.0000. In application of the Index Guideline the Index Provider made the following announcement: “Today, 19/08/2026, following an Intraday Restrike Event, the level of the Solactive Daily Leveraged 3x short Moderna Index was calculated as zero. Following Section 5.4 of the Index Guideline, the Index has been terminated with an immediate effect”

Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions, that resulted in an Early Redemption Event with the Value per ETP Securities of USD 0.0000. Additional details about the way stop loss events are handled by the Index Sponsor are available under the section “Adjustments” of the index guidelines available here.

Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Issue Deed relating to the ETP Securities as the Terms and Conditions available in the Base Prospectus that can be accessed at www.graniteshares.com/ETPS.
