The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 2 times (200%) the daily percentage change of the common stock of Uber Technologies Inc. (NYSE: UBER).
There is no guarantee that the Fund will meet its stated objective.
The fund should not be expected to provide 2 times the cumulative return of UBER for periods greater than a day.

Uber Technologies, Inc. is a technology company, which develops and operates proprietary technology applications supporting a variety of offerings on its platform. The above chart presents information about the difference between the daily market price for shares of the Fund and the Fund’s net asset value (or NAV). The market price is the last price as published by the exchange on which the Fund is listed. It is generally the average of the bid-ask prices at 4:00 PM ET. The NAV is calculated by reference to the closing price of the positions held by the Fund. The vertical axis of the chart shows the premium or discount of the market price as percentage of the NAV. Possible time Discrepancies
The primary explanation is that timing discrepancies can arise between the NAV and the closing price of the Fund. Since shares of the Fund trade on the open market, prices are affected by the constant flow of information received by investors, corporations and financial institutions. Depending on how this changing information affects investor sentiment, shares of the Fund may deviate slightly from the value of the Fund's underlying assets. As a result, shareholders may pay more than NAV when they buy Fund shares and receive less than NAV when they sell those shares, because shares are purchased and sold at current market prices. However, due to the creation and redemption process that is unique to ETFs, market makers are able to minimize these deviations from NAV by taking advantage of arbitrage opportunities.
